- Open-box items have been opened, so they are not sealed-new. Each one is powered on and function-tested before it is listed, and sold at a discount to the new price.
- Does PhoneTech offer Cash on Delivery?
- Yes, on orders of ₹499 or more, at most pincodes in India. Checkout shows whether COD is available for your pincode. To confirm a COD order you pay a ₹30 advance online, which comes off your total; the rest is paid in cash when the parcel arrives. COD delivery costs ₹99.
- How much does delivery cost?
- A flat ₹59 for prepaid orders and ₹99 for Cash on Delivery, anywhere in India.
- How long does delivery take?
- Orders are dispatched in 1–3 business days and usually delivered within 3–7 business days after that. You can follow your parcel at phonetech.in/track.
- Can I return something if I change my mind?
- Yes, within 7 days of delivery. You send it back with a courier of your choice at your cost, and a flat ₹162 handling fee is deducted from the refund. Your continuous unboxing video is required, as for every return. Items that arrive damaged, dead or wrong are a separate case: report them within 48 hours of delivery with a continuous unboxing video.

- Report it within 48 hours of delivery: a part that arrives dead, damaged in transit, or is the wrong item is replaced or refunded. A continuous unboxing video is required — record it before you open the parcel, because without it we cannot accept the claim.
