Where we ship
PhoneTech ships across India. Serviceability depends on your delivery PIN code and our courier partners; if we cannot deliver to your area, we will contact you and refund the order in full.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes a further 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to courier load, weather, public holidays, or events outside our control. We are not liable for delays once a parcel is with the courier, but we will help you follow up.
Shipping charges
Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Where a charge applies it is added to your order total; where shipping is free, no charge is shown.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we email a tracking reference to the address on your order, and it is also available under your orders if you have an account. Please allow a little time after dispatch for tracking to start updating.
Delivery address and failed deliveries
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct and complete — we cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered (for example, repeated failed delivery attempts or a refused delivery), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; re-shipping charges may apply.
Packaging
Open-box products are supplied in their original retail packaging, which has been opened. We pack every order in protective outer packaging for transit. If your parcel arrives with visibly damaged outer packaging, please see our Final-Sale, Returns & Refunds policy and record an unboxing video before opening.
