How condition works

Buds parts come from open-box liquidation stock, sold as-is on looks: most look fresh; a few scratches or dents, and every product page says so. Phone parts are new. Open-box items are opened and checked, not sealed-new. Anything that arrives dead, damaged or wrong is covered if you tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send a continuous unboxing video, and change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days (you pay the return courier and a ₹162 handling fee). A continuous unboxing video is required for every return, replacement, refund or warranty claim, whatever the reason: damaged in transit, dead (does not power on or charge), works but faulty (for example no sound, or a mic, battery or charging problem), not pairing, wrong item, missing parts, or change of mind. Without it, we cannot accept the return or claim. Read the returns policy
