What does "open-box" mean at PhoneTech?

Open-box items have been opened, so they are not sealed-new. Each one is powered on and function-tested before it is listed, and sold at a discount to the new price.

Does PhoneTech offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, on orders of ₹499 or more, at most pincodes in India. Checkout shows whether COD is available for your pincode. To confirm a COD order you pay a ₹30 advance online, which comes off your total; the rest is paid in cash when the parcel arrives. COD delivery costs ₹99.

How much does delivery cost?

A flat ₹59 for prepaid orders and ₹99 for Cash on Delivery, anywhere in India.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched in 1–3 business days and usually delivered within 3–7 business days after that. You can follow your parcel at phonetech.in/track.

Can I return something if I change my mind?

No. All sales are final: we do not accept change-of-mind returns or offer exchanges. Please read the product page carefully, and ask us anything before you buy. Items that arrive damaged, dead or wrong are a separate case: report them within 48 hours of delivery with a continuous unboxing video and they are replaced, or refunded only if that item is out of stock.

What if my item arrives damaged, dead or wrong?

Report it within 48 hours of delivery: an item that arrives dead, damaged in transit, or is the wrong item is replaced, and refunded only if that item is out of stock. We do not arrange return pickups: you send the item back to us by courier, at your own cost. A continuous unboxing video is required — record it before you open the parcel, because without it we cannot accept the claim.
