At PhoneTech, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, or replacements may be issued.


1. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • The product received is incorrect or different from what you ordered.

  • The product is missing parts or accessories.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • A return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.


2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items purchased under “clearance” or “final sale” categories.

  • Bulk/customized orders, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Refund Process

  1. Email us at support@phonetech.in with your order details and reason for return.

  2. After review, we will provide the return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will update you on the refund status.

  4. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


4. Replacements & Exchanges

If preferred, a replacement can be provided instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).
Exchanges are available for:

  • The same product, or

  • A product of equal value.


5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), PhoneTech will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other return reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
