At PhoneTech, we understand that customers may sometimes need to cancel their orders. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions and process for cancelling an order before it is shipped.
1. Order Cancellation Window
You may request cancellation before the order has been shipped.

If the order is not yet dispatched, it can be cancelled with no penalty.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after the product is delivered (as per our Refund & Return Policy).
2. How to Request a Cancellation

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, the full amount will be refunded.

No cancellation charges apply if the order hasn’t been shipped.
4. Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation
We cannot cancel:

Orders that have already been shipped or dispatched.

Bulk or customized orders after processing has begun.
5. Modification of Orders

Modifications are possible only if the order has not been shipped.
